RETURN OF SEATS

Bemis will happily accept the return of your unused seat for any reason within 30 days of purchase and will provide a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping.  Bemis will not cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend selecting a return delivery method that includes shipment tracking or delivery confirmation, as we will not be responsible for lost or destroyed shipments. Once your return is received by Bemis, please allow five to ten days for the refund to be applied to your credit card. Returned seats are recycled and not re-sold. Seat must have been purchased directly on ToiletSeats.com.

Please log in to your Toiletseats.com account to begin the return process for your seat. Once the request to return has been received Bemis will provide you with a return authorization number that must be included with the seat.

Bemis cannot accept returns without this form and a return authorization number.
